Ferrari sostiene i programmi educativi negli USA
Il Cavallino Rampante ha raccolto 750.000 dollari per i programmi educativi di Save the Children negli Stati Uniti, grazie anche all’offerta che si è aggiudicata la Ferrari Roma in una recente asta online. Questo risultato è stato annunciato ieri sera durante il gala virtuale di Save the Children intitolato “Kid Strong Together”, ed è la tappa più importante dell’iniziativa filantropica a cui hanno aderito il leader della band Maroon 5, Adam Levine, e sua moglie, la modella Behati Prinsloo, prestando i loro volti per far conoscere questa importante causa di grande attualità.
Ferrari ha scelto di supportare Save the Children e le sue attività nel continente americano, che mirano a sostenere gratuitamente l’apprendimento dei bambini affiancando i loro genitori e operatori. Date le notevoli incertezze sull’assistenza all’infanzia e sull’apertura delle scuole, la perdita nell’apprendimento su vasta scala è uno dei rischi maggiori per i bambini causati dalla pandemia da Covid-19, anche negli Stati Uniti. Per questo, a partire da marzo, Save the Children ha raggiunto più di 700.000 bambini e le loro famiglie in 200 comunità rurali del Paese.

Maranello, November 20, 2020 – The Prancing Horse has raised $750,000 for Save the Children’s education programs in the United States, including the winning bid for the Ferrari Roma grand tourer recently auctioned online. This meaningful result was announced yesterday evening during the Save the Children virtual gala – entitled “Kid Strong Together” – and is the culmination of the philanthropic initiative joined by Maroon 5’s front-man Adam Levine and his wife, the model Behati Prinsloo, who generously lent their star-power to help illuminate this important and timely cause.
Ferrari chose Save the Children for their work across America offering free learning resources and support for parents and caregivers.
