TRIMESTRE DI RECORD, GUIDANCE PER IL 2022 RIVISTA AL RIALZO SU TUTTE LE METRICHE

Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/EXM: RACE) (“Ferrari” o la “Società”) ha annunciato oggi i risultati preliminari consolidati relativi al secondo trimestre e al semestre concluso il 30 giugno 2022. Qui di seguito sono sintetizzati i risultati del Q2 2022:

  • Consegne totali pari a 3.455 unità, in aumento del 28,7% rispetto al secondo trimestre 2021
  • Ricavi netti pari a Euro 1.291 milioni, in aumento del 24,9% rispetto all’anno precedente
  • EBITDA pari a Euro 446 milioni, in aumento del 15,5% rispetto all’anno precedente
  • EBIT pari a Euro 323 milioni, in aumento del 17,8% rispetto all’anno precedente
  • Margine dell’EBITDA pari al 34,6% e margine dell’EBIT pari al 25,0%, in linea con gli obiettivi per l’anno
  • Utile netto pari a Euro 251 milioni e utile diluito per azione pari a Euro 1,36
  • Generazione di free cash flow industriale pari a Euro 79 milioni: il miglior secondo trimestre di sempre in termini dii performance operativa prima delle imposte.

La qualità dei primi sei mesi e la robustezza del nostro business ci permettono di rivedere al rialzo la guidance per il 2022 su tutte le metriche. A QUARTER OF RECORDS, 2022 GUIDANCE REVISED UPWARD ON ALL METRICS

 

Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/EXM: RACE) (“Ferrari” or the “Company”) today announces its consolidated preliminary results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. Results for the Q2 2022 are summarized as follows:

  • Total shipments of 3,455 units, up 28.7% versus Q2 2021
  • Net revenues of Euro 1,291 million, up 24.9% versus prior year
  • EBITDA of Euro 446 million, up 15.5% versus prior year
  • EBIT of Euro 323 million, up 17.8% versus prior year
  • EBITDA margin of 34.6% and EBIT margin of 25.0%, in line with full year targets
  • Net profit of Euro 251 million and diluted EPS at Euro 1.36
  • Industrial free cash flow generation of Euro 79 million, implying the best ever Q2 in terms of operating performance before taxes
