Altri due Red Dot Award sono stati ottenuti dalla Ferrari Roma e dalla F8 Tributo
Dal 2015, la Casa di Maranello ha conquistato un totale di 17 Red Dot
Maranello, 9 aprile 2020 – Ferrari ha ottenuto tre premi di notevole prestigio nell’ambito degli autorevoli Red Dot Award: Product Design, vale a dire il Red Dot: Best of the Best per la SF90 Stradale e il Red Dot per la Ferrari Roma e la F8 Tributo.
Tali importanti riconoscimenti sottolineano una volta di più l’assoluto valore dell’operato del Centro Stile Ferrari diretto da Flavio Manzoni, volto a ideare soluzioni progettuali all’avanguardia che impreziosiscano e rendano uniche le auto del Cavallino Rampante senza comprometterne la totale simbiosi tra estetica e funzionalità, tratto distintivo del DNA della Casa di Maranello.
Il Red Dot Award, uno dei premi più importanti e prestigiosi nel settore del design, ha come obiettivo la celebrazione dell’eccellenza e della carica innovativa dell’attività dei migliori progettisti al mondo. I premi, assegnati sin dal 1955, vengono consegnati nel corso di una cerimonia di premiazione la cui edizione 2020 è prevista per il 22 giugno prossimo a Essen, in Germania.
Tra il 2015 e il 2020 Ferrari ha ottenuto 17 Red Dot Award. Nei 66 anni di storia del premio, nessun’altra casa automobilistica è riuscita a ottenere un risultato simile. La giuria ha assegnato per sei anni consecutivi il premio più prestigioso, il Red Dot: Best of the Best, ad altrettanti modelli della Casa di Maranello: dopo la FXX-K, la 488 GTB, la J50, la Portofino e la Monza SP1, quest’anno è toccato alla SF90 Stradale essere celebrata per le sue linee innovative e fedeli alla sua vocazione sportiva.
La SF90 Stradale, prima Ferrari ibrida plug-in (PHEV) di serie, rappresenta l’inizio di una nuova era nella storia del marchio. La vettura, estrema in ogni suo componente, offre prestazioni inavvicinabili da ogni altra auto di gamma presente sul mercato, tra cui i suoi 1000 cv e il rapporto peso-potenza pari a 1,57 kg/cv.

Maranello, 9 April 2020 –Ferrari has just received the prestigious 2020 Red Dot: Best of the Best award for the SF90 Stradale and two Red Dot awards for the Ferrari Roma and the F8 Tributo.
These accolades are further recognition of the ongoing work carried out by the Ferrari Styling Centre, under the direction of Flavio Manzoni, to create distinctive designs for the Prancing Horse’s sports cars while, at the same time, underlining the unique symbiosis between form and function engraved in the marque’s DNA.
The Red Dot awards, assigned annually since 1955, are among the most important and prestigious honours in the design industry. They aim at celebrating the excellence and innovation of the world’s best designers. The 2020 award ceremony of the Red Dot Award: Product Design is due to be held in Essen, Germany on June 22nd.
Since 2015, Ferrari has received no fewer than 17 Red Dot Awards. In the history of the award, no other automotive manufacturer has ever achieved this result. The jury has granted the highest distinction in the competition, the Red Dot: Best of the Best, on six Prancing Horse models in a row. After the FXX-K, 488 GTB, J50, Ferrari Portofino, and Monza SP1, this year sees the SF90 Stradale receive the accolade for the innovative lines that encapsulate the car’s mission as an extreme sports car.
The SF90 Stradale is Ferrari’s first series-production Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and represents the beginning of a new chapter in the brand’s history. The model is extreme on every level and delivers unprecedented performance compared to any other production car on the market, including its 1,000 cv output and its weight-to-power ratio of 1.57 kg/cv
