Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) ha annunciato oggi i risultati consolidati preliminari relativi al terzo trimestre e ai nove mesi conclusi il 30 settembre 2021, di seguito sintetizzati:
- Consegne totali pari a 2.750 unità, in aumento del 18,9% rispetto al Q3 2020 e dell’11,2% rispetto al Q3 2019
- Ricavi netti pari a Euro 1.053 milioni, in crescita del 18,6% rispetto all’anno precedente e del 15,1% rispetto al Q3 2019
- EBITDA pari a Euro 371 milioni, in aumento del 12,4% rispetto all’anno precedente e del 19,6% rispetto al Q3 2019. Margine dell’EBITDA pari al 35,2% nel Q3 2021.
- EBIT pari a Euro 270 milioni, in aumento del 21,8% rispetto all’anno precedente e del 19,2% rispetto al Q3 2019. Margine dell’EBIT pari al 25,7% nel Q3 2021.
- Utile netto pari a Euro 207 milioni e utile diluito per azione pari a Euro 1,11
- Generazione di free cash flow industriale straordinariamente forte pari a Euro 242 milioni sostenuto dall’incasso degli anticipi sulla 812 Competizione
- Guidance 2021 rivista al rialzo

Le eccezionali relazioni con i clienti, fondamentali per conseguire la crescita a doppia cifra nel trimestre e da inizio anno, si riflettono nella raccolta ordini record a livello globale, in particolare in Cina e USA. Questi risultati, con la solidità della nostra visione e il team che ho l’onore di guidare mi consentono di guardare al futuro con grande fiducia e ottimismo”.

- Total shipments of 2,750 units, up 18.9% versus Q3 2020 and 11.2% versus Q3 2019
- Net revenues of Euro 1,053 million, up 18.6% versus prior year and up 15.1% versus Q3 2019
- EBITDA of Euro 371 million, up 12.4% versus prior year and up 19.6% versus Q3 2019. EBITDA margin of 35.2% in Q3 2021.
- EBIT of Euro 270 million, up 21.8% versus prior year and up 19.2% versus Q3 2019. EBIT margin of 25.7% in Q3 2021.
- Net profit of Euro 207 million and diluted EPS at Euro 1.11
- Extraordinarily strong industrial free cash flow generation of Euro 242 million sustained by the collection of advances on the 812 Competizione
- Upgraded 2021 Guidance
